Hand-stitched 'Dark Victorian Palmistry' embroidery art inspired by the Victorian era's fascination with Spiritualism, nature and the cosmos. This intricate piece features a detailed palmistry design filled with vibrant symbols of regrowth and rebirth, including celestial bodies, botanical elements, bat, pentagrams and the Eye of Ra. 

The rich and colourful design uses deep forest greens, rich purples, golden yellows, earthy browns, celestial blues and metallic gold threads, creating a sense of nature, mysticism and opulence. Includes a small brass ring as part of the design.

I hand-stitched this in a hoop and then stitched and mounted onto a board and framed.

This embroidery art is ready to hang but can also be table-standing.

The size of the visible framed embroidery art measures 14 x 18.5 cm. The outer frame measures 32.5 x 28 cm.

Tissue paper and stickers can either be recycled or even composted. The tissue paper is logo free so feel free to re-use it for another gift.

Glassine bags can be re-used.

The items we make are intended to last a long time, so that you can enjoy them for many years.

All pictures are mounted on cotton rag paper, and our instruction booklets are made from combinations of recycled materials, FSC certified paper, or by-products of other processes.

Gift Wrap & Fabric

Gift wrap paper is printed on recycled paper using vegetable oils. Ribbon is washable and re-usable.

The fabric bags are either made from leftover fabric from other projects or printed to order using water-based inks.
