IMPORTANT:

We ship all our orders from The Netherlands. Items delivered to addresses outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, fees, or customs charges upon import.  

From 29th August 2025, the United States ended its $800 de minimis exemption. That means all packages, no matter the value, now go through customs and may face tariffs and duties.  In order to avoid any unwanted surprises, we operate a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) approach for our valuable customers in the United States.  This means that we will collect any necessary import duties and tariffs at the point of sale based on the value of the goods and their countries of origin, and pass these to the US customs via our shipping agency. This makes for a smoother shopping experience for you, and minimises delays at customs. You will see the value of the applied tariff shown in the order summary under "Import Duties / Tariffs" in your Shopping Cart before you pay.
